Dr. Vladimir Sinkov is amazing. I have a congenital deteriorating spine. This is my third spinal surgery, and it went much better than with the previous surgeon. Typical recovery is 2-3 days. On the morning after surgery, I woke up with a pain level of 1 with NO pain meds. Upon waking up, I also have more feeling in my legs than I have in several years. The pain eventually did return, but only after I started exercising. I was successfully discharged on the day after surgery.

When the FDA final approve disc replacement on 2 levels, I sought out the DRs. that could do it. He was the only one at the time. The surgery was new. Dr Sinkov made the difficult diagnosis that my other doctors didn't for years and also was able to determine that I possibly had Elhers Danlos causing me more pain. He then performed surgery despite my vacation and crazy schedules, accomodated my superstitions, had an awesome staff that set all my pre op way ahead of time so that I could get my surgery done right after my India trip. He was supportive of all my questions and was very thoughtful and thorough about everything. There are no words that express my feelings for this very talented surgeon. He is so very humble and sincerely wants to make your body right. He knows his stuff and does it with such ease. I was in such a terrible way when I first met him. I had been seeing another surgeon and he told me that I would never be able to turn my head from left to right after the fusion. This would mean never being able to drive and do many other daily activities. The picture was so bleak that I was in a very depressed state, from pain and anticipation of surgery. I am sure glad that I went to see Dr. Sinkov. He identified cervical stenosis when my other surgeon did not even address my neck pain. I could possibly have been paralyzed after having lumbar spine surgery with the other surgeon because he did not address the cervical stenosis first.

is designed to improve accuracy and optimize patient care by using robotics and navigation, much like a GPS in your car.
Prior to the surgery, medical images are taken and imported into
